Scope of Inspection for Purchasing Agent Services:

1. The inspection scope of the purchasing agent service includes a visual check of the items when they arrive at the TERNBUY warehouse. Professional inspectors will check the color, large-area damage, stains, size, model, and edition number of the items. However, color differences, actual dimensions, and other minor deviations are not included in the inspection.

2. For electronic and digital products, only the appearance is inspected. Completeness of accessories and power-on tests are not conducted (inspectors will send photos of the received items to the user for confirmation).

3. If you have any questions about the inspection results, you may request after-sales service.

Please note:

1. Color differences, size deviations, and usage effects are not within the inspection scope for such special items. Electronic and digital products are considered special items, and inspectors only check the appearance without performing power-on tests.

2. If the information cannot be verified, such as no obvious damage or contamination, it will be considered that you have reached an agreement with the seller.

3. If the items received do not meet the transportation conditions, the order will be specially marked to remind you to negotiate a return service.
